The Wise Woman & Her Heart: Herbalism in the Blue Ridge
Join us for an intimate retreat exploring the wisdom of plants and the heart, led by award winning author and master herbalist Kat Maier. Over the weekend, we will explore the Heart as the Organ of Perception and learn tools for heart-centered living. We will also discuss herbs that strengthen and support heart and cardiovascular function, and examine high blood pressure, cholesterol, and circulation, as well as how to work naturally and safely with these conditions. We'll do this with deep respect for medications and a preventive lens.
This retreat is more than a learning experience. It is a gathering of women ready to understand their bodies, reclaim their vitality, and meet the seasons of life with knowledge, curiosity, and community. You will leave with practical herbal skills, nourishing recipes, and a deeper understanding of your own constitution that will stay with you long after the weekend ends.
Retreat begins at 2pm Friday, September 25th and ends at 1pm on Sunday, September 27th.
Spots are limited. Reserve your place today and step into your wisdom years.
