Fall Equinox // September 19 - 21, 2025

For Women Only

Herbal Wisdom & Equinox Energy: A Retreat in the Blue Ridge Mountains

Join us this fall in the Blue Ridge Mountains for a grounding and enriching herbalism retreat aligned with the September Equinox—a time of natural balance and quiet transformation.

Together we’ll explore the healing power of plants and the rhythms of the Earth through seasonal workshops, guided foraging walks, and hands-on medicine making. You’ll craft your own tinctures, teas, and remedies to support immunity, lung health, and digestive strength as we prepare for the colder months ahead.

There will be time to walk the forest trails, connect with the land, and gather by the fire in community—building resilience, deepening your relationship with nature, and remembering your place within the seasons.

Whether you’re new to herbalism or returning to your roots, this retreat is more than just a learning experience. It’s a journey of healing, connection, and inspiration—with skills and wisdom that will stay with you long after the weekend ends.

Spots are limited, so don't wait! Reserve your place today and enter a transformative experience.

We can't wait to share this incredible experience with you in the heart of the mountains!

With love and herbal blessings,

Rachael & Kat

The retreat setting at Heirloom Springs offers a serene backdrop perfect for exploration and learning. Participants will engage in activities that blend ancient herbal wisdom with modern insights, and leave with medicine from the farmacy for winter!
