Welcome (Back) to Summer Camp
June 18–22, 2025
-
Activities
Each day at camp will offer opportunities to move and learn, from Pilates classes to Gardening 101 to Nature Photography. Cute hobbies that may grow or spark a new interest, taught by women who are passionate about sharing their knowledge. Group competitions like an egg drop challenge, a scavenger hunt and relay races.
-
Experience
Come have FUN learning about nature, feeding goats and filling your cup with Girl Time. Want to read on the porch all afternoon, every afternoon? No problem. Good vibes and great food are the theme of this special summer retreat. Our goal if for everyone to have a relaxing, goofy, and dare we say rewarding week together.

Location
Being located down a winding mountain road means it might take some time to get here, but it’s worth every ounce of effort. The farm is at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains with few neighbors, granting us unspoiled nature and the quiet to hear just how magical the plants and animals around us can sound.
Camp Heirloom Springs is an all-inclusive summer camp experience designed for women to rest, rejuvenate and connect to the simple joys of sleep away camp. Come learn to make sourdough, shop the local farmer’s market and sip cocktails with chickens.

Summertime awaits.
Spend mornings relaxing into a yoga class, afternoons enjoying fun activities and evenings sipping wine and sharing stories around the campfire, with women from all over the country.
Here at Heirloom Springs, we invite you to a boutique, rejuvenating adult sleep-away camp experience. We encourage you to curate your own adventure and opt-in to activities that most interest you.
We hope you come for the chance to experience the Blue Ridge Mountains and that you find new friendships, strengthen existing ones and forge wonderful new memories.

Meet Your Camp Director
Our event manager since the beginning, Sophie, is adding camp director to her role for this retreat! Prior camp experience includes being a camper in Texas and working as a counselor in southern France. She is so excited to host new and old friends at Heirloom Springs this year and foster the wild, goofy spirit of summer camp. Outside of HS, Sophie lives in NYC and works as an art director.
