Rachael Lieck Bryce,

is dedicated to the classical Pilates method, and has worked with clients ranging from 5 to 85. She has worked with elite professional athletes, special needs children and teens, weekend warriors, chronic pain clients, and everyday people who just want to be as healthy and strong as possible! She is an international educator in the Pilates community at large and has presented on topics ranging from pre and post-natal, athletes, special conditions, and obesity. Lieck Bryce teaches from a place of authenticity, encouragement, and clarity. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, her passion and dedication to preserving the legacy of Joseph H. Pilates’ work has only gotten stronger. Through Pilates, Rachael has continued to watch peoples lives and bodies change. She is profoundly moved at seeing individuals realize their own inner strength and just what they are made of! In the fall of 2020 Lieck Bryce sold Pilates Methodology in Dallas, TX which marked her third studio to build, open, operate and ultimately sale.

Education - A former contemporary dancer, Bryce was introduced to Pilates through her college ballet teacher. She first trained with Colleen Glenn completing a rigorous program through The PilateSystem in 2001. She received her second certification with New York–based Power Pilates in 2006, and became a teacher trainer for Power Pilates three years later. In 2014, Bryce embarked on a new adventure with Alycea Ungaro, entering her Synthesis Mentorship program, and ultimately completing her Real Pilates training program, and earning a spot as one of Alycea’s Lead Trainers. With her education and experience, Rachael is a sought after international presenter and a teacher of teachers. Her enthusiasm and passion for the Pilates method is contagious!

  • Grace Ranson,  NCPT 

    PILATES AND YOGA INSTRUCTOR, WILDERNESS GUIDE

    Grace Ranson has been teaching movement for more than 20 years. She discovered Pilates in 2006.

    She was certified in 2008 with Power Pilates and 2013 through the National Pilates Certification Program (PMA). Her passion for wellness in fitness shines through her teaching. As an avid Marathoner she has found that Pilates has provided the foundation of an extended career by adding more muscle endurance and core stability.

    Grace holds a BA in History from Lenior Rhyne University in North Carolina. She is certified in Hatha Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Core Barre and TRX.

  • Alycea Ungaro

    REAL PILATES FOUNDER

    Alycea Ungaro, P.T., MSACN, is the founder of the Real Pilates® studios in New York City, and the author of 5 books including the best-selling Pilates: Body in Motion. A student of Romana Kryzanowska, Alycea has been a voice for classical Pilates for decades. As the creator of the Real Pilates® Teacher Training program, Alycea is committed to passing on her knowledge as a 2nd generation instructor. She lives in New York with her family.

  • Morgan Bolton

    LEAD TRAINER AND PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Morgan has been a teacher of movement for 25+ years. Her 15+ years as a Pilates instructor (contemporary, bridged classical, now Lead Teacher Trainer for Real Pilates) came after her BFA in Dance Performance from Southern Methodist University and time spent as a professional dancer.

    Morgan is currently focusing on the intersection of mindfulness and physical training, sharing this work, & honing her craft as an instructor of movement. Her personal focus is on her young family & bringing dance back into her life- for the simple joy of it.
